You can save your favourite items in your WISHLIST and always have them to hand. To use this option you must be a registered customer. You can save your favourite items in your WISHLIST by clicking the heart icon on each item. If you decide to complete the purchase, you will need to add the items to the basket and follow the usual payment process.
SHIPPING AND COST
Because internet and physical stores are complementary, we offer FREE OF CHARGE IN-STORE PICKUP in our Francfranc Studio Paris.
If you want to select the IN-STORE PICKUP SERVICE, please select the options when you review your basket. You will prompt to indicate your name, the day to collect your purchase, your contact number. Those information will be strictly confidential and only use for the sole purpose of click and collect service. Francfranc will not share those information. We respect your privacy.
Purchases can be collected fromMonday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00. We just need 1 hour to prepare your order. Order and collect your items the same day.
The pickup day selected during the checkout is for indication only. Remember that you have 15 days to pick up your order. The person collecting the order will need to show an ID document and provide the order number.
IMPORTANT: you can indicate your home address in the shipping information, it is only for invoice purpose. We will still understand your instruction and process with an in-store delivery / pick up for you.
We provide STANDARD and PRIORITY delivery to your home. For details, we invite you to consult our DELIVERY TERMS PAGE.
We just started our operations in Europe. We currently deliver in FRANCE only (metropole only). We will gradually open the deliveries to other countries in 2021.
PERIOD TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE: 30 DAYS
The European Code of Commerce Article L121-20 states that each store shall grant the right to his client to return purchase within 14 days. At Francfranc, we extend this period to 30 days. Please note that the count starts once you receive our shipping confirmation email. Products purchased with a discount or on sales can also be return with the same conditions.
HOW TO RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Simple! Use the contact form (link here) and indicate your name, email address, phone number (if any), company (if applicable). For the subject, please state your ORDER NUMBER (you will find it on your order confirmation email) followed by the word "RETURN". It will help us to handle your return quickly and proceed as per your request.
WHERE DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

As soon as you sent us the email through the contact form and that we received back the goods, we will proceed with a refund. It usually takes 7 to 14 days to receive the funds on your bank account. Please note that you will be refunded of the total a value of your order, included the cost of delivery. We refund the same account that had been used to make the purchase on our website.
Returned goods must respect the following conditions: - sent in their original packaging, including all labels and hangtags. - we understand the package can be opened but we won't accept goods that have been used. Please read our Terms and Conditions, article 12, for more information.
Sadly, it happens. Despite our heavy control on the merchandise quality, you may end up with a defective product. Please call us or send us an email through the contact form. We will be in touch with you the following day to proceed with a standard exchange. We may require before sending a replacement product, pictures of the defective items for internal verifications. We will proceed with an exchange in priority.
